1. Scope of Agreement
- These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern the purchase, installation, and use of precast cement boundary products (“Products”) provided by SR Precast (“Company”).
- By purchasing or installing the Products, the customer (“Customer”) agrees to comply with these terms.
2. Product Description
- The Products include precast cement boundary panels, posts, and related accessories as described in the product catalog or quotation. Product specifications are subject to change without notice.
3. Orders and Payment Terms
- Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed purchase order and the required deposit, as specified in the quotation.
- Full payment is due as per the terms agreed upon in the quotation or invoice. Payment terms may include upfront payments, installment options, or other arrangements agreed upon.
- Late payments may incur interest or penalty charges, and non-payment may result in the cancellation of the order or withholding of Products.
4. Delivery and Installation
- Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on availability, weather conditions, and location. The Company will strive to meet delivery schedules but is not liable for delays.
- Installation is offered as an additional service and is subject to separate charges and scheduling. The Customer is responsible for preparing the installation site and obtaining any necessary permits.
- Site access must be provided to the installation team, and any delays due to site inaccessibility or lack of permits may incur additional charges.
5. Product Warranty
- The Company provides a limited warranty on the Products against manufacturing defects for a specified period from the date of installation (typically 1-2 years).
- This warranty does not cover damages due to natural wear and tear, misuse, accidents, vandalism, natural disasters, or failure to maintain the Products.
- The Customer must notify the Company in writing of any defect within the warranty period. The Company may repair or replace the defective Products at its discretion.
6. Liability Limitations
- The Company is not responsible for any damages or loss due to improper installation by third-party installers, structural modifications, or improper use.
- In no event will the Company be liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages.
7. Product Returns and Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement without penalty. After 24 hours, cancellations may incur a fee.
- Custom or made-to-order Products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Any approved returns must be authorized in writing by the Company and are subject to inspection before any refund is processed.
8. Maintenance and Care
- The Customer is responsible for regular maintenance, including cleaning and inspection of the Products to ensure durability.
- Damage due to neglect or failure to maintain Products according to the provided guidelines voids the warranty.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Your Country/Region].
- Any disputes arising out of this Agreement will be resolved through arbitration in [Your Region], unless both parties agree to a different resolution method.
10. Amendments
- The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated in writing and will apply to future orders.
